Purchase and Delivery Terms
Liveon Nanoceutical Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is the operator of https://livonlabs.hk (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
By placing an order through the Website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
These terms are intended to ensure that both parties are fully aware of and agree to the arrangement, so as to mutually protect the parties and clearly define service expectations.
The Company reserves the sole and final right of interpretation and decision in respect of these Purchase and Delivery Terms.
1. General Terms
All orders are subject to stock availability.
While we endeavour to keep the stock information displayed on the Website accurate, discrepancies in inventory may occasionally occur, and certain items may not be available at the time of purchase.
In such circumstances, we will dispatch the available items and contact you to confirm whether you would prefer to wait for the out-of-stock item to be replenished or whether you would prefer a refund for the unavailable item.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and delivery destination of the items in the order.
Shipping charges, if any, will be collected at the time of purchase.
The amount displayed shall constitute the final shipping charge payable by the customer.
3. Returns
As the products are food and/or health supplement products, and for reasons of food safety and hygiene, the Company does not accept any return requests under any circumstances.
All sold items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic Delivery Time
In general, domestic shipments are delivered within 1 to 3 days.
4.3 Change of Delivery Address
Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. HKT will be dispatched on the same day; otherwise, they will be dispatched on the next business day.
Our warehouse operates during normal business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. The warehouse will be closed on public holidays.
In such circumstances, we will use reasonable endeavours to minimise any delay in shipment.
4.4 Change of Delivery Address
Requests to change the delivery address may be made at any time before the order has been dispatched.
4.7 Out-of-Stock Items
If any item is out of stock, we will hold the order until the item becomes available before dispatching the full order.
During the waiting period, all in-stock items in the order will be reserved.
In such circumstances, we will first arrange dispatch of the available items and contact you to confirm whether you would prefer to wait for the out-of-stock item to be replenished or whether you would prefer a refund for the unavailable item.
4.8 Delivery Delay Exceeded
If delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us so that we may investigate the matter.
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link through which they may monitor the progress of the shipment based on the latest updates provided by the logistics provider.
6. Damaged in Transit
If you find that a parcel has been damaged in transit, please, where possible, refuse acceptance of the parcel and contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
If the parcel has been delivered in your absence, please contact customer service for further instructions.
7. Cancellations
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we may accept cancellation at any time before the order has been dispatched.
If the order is already in transit, please refuse acceptance of the parcel and contact us to cancel the order.
If the order has already been signed for, it shall be non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
8.1 Procedure for Parcels Damaged in Transit
Once the courier has completed its investigation into the claim, we will arrange a refund or replacement as soon as practicable.
