You can browse products directly on our website, select your desired items, add them to your shopping cart, and complete the checkout process. We offer multiple secure and convenient payment methods, including Credit Card, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay, PayMe, FPS, PayPal, and more. Once your order is confirmed, we will arrange shipment or prepare your order as Whatsapp.

2. Mong Kok Store Pickup Service

Pickup Location
We have a convenient pickup point in Mong Kok for you to collect your orders in person. The address is:

Business Hours: Monday to Sunday, 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Closed on Public Holidays.

Pickup Process
Please place your order via the website or WhatsApp first. After completing your order, please watch for our pickup notification sent by email or WhatsApp.
Most of the time, you will receive the pickup notification immediately and can collect your order anytime during business hours. Payment can be made on-site by Credit Card, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay, or cash.
Store Hours: Monday to Sunday, 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Closed on Public Holidays.

3. SF Express Delivery Service

Delivery Coverage
We use SF Express for delivery, covering most areas in Hong Kong, including SF stations, smart lockers, and convenience stores. Some remote areas or outlying islands may require special arrangements.

Delivery Time and Fees
SF Express generally delivers within 1-2 working days after order placement.
Orders paid successfully before 10:00 AM from Monday to Friday may have a chance for same-day delivery.
Free delivery is available for orders over HK$500. For orders below HK$500, a delivery fee of HK$30 per order applies. (Please refer to website announcements for details.)

Delivery Process
Once your order and payment are completed, we will arrange SF Express to dispatch your goods as soon as possible.
We will notify you via email with the SF Express tracking number so you can track your package anytime.
